AIDS-Related Community Services is under contract with the NYS Department of Health - AIDS Institute as a Regional Training Center (RTC) to offer courses to individuals residing or working in the following counties: Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rocklan, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.
