In conjunction with the Pine Bush Chamber of Commerce and their Autumn Art Tour, ARCS presents the area's first HIV/AIDS Chalk Walk on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 9 am to 4 pm. Claim your square of Pine Bush's sidewalk and express your personal HIV/AIDS awareness message — or any artwork you like!
How does it work?
- Donate $5 to ARCS at participating Pine Bush Chamber of Commerce businesses, OR donate $5 using the PayPal link below.
- You’ll receive a free box of sidewalk chalk from the Chamber member OR, if you make a donation online, you can pick it up at the ARCS tent that Saturday.
- On November 13th starting as early as 9 am, choose a square of sidewalk along Main Street in Pine Bush.
- Create your chalk masterpiece for all Art Tour patrons to see! We hope you'll use this as an opportunity to tell the world why you care about the HIV/AIDS epidemic, but any and all artistic visions are welcomed!
Sidewalk decorating begins at 9 am
Art Tour from 10 am - 4 pm
Featuring dozens of artists representing all fields and media. Artists will display their wares on the street or inside Chamber of Commerce member businesses. Town businesses will be featuring sale items and special promotions throughout the tour!
