Hudson Valley Restaurants that Care

Dining Out For Life 2004, April 29, 2004 was a successful inaugural event in which caring restaurants in New York's Hudson Valley signed on to donate a generous percentage of proceeds for that night.

Including sponsorships and money donated by customers in a raffle offering a trip to Italy, Dining Out raised $22,500. We would like to double that amount in 2005 and seek your help.

Dining Out for Life 2005 takes place on Thursday, April 28, 2005. It's not too early to volunteer to be an "Ambassador" to a participating restaurant in your community. Or, if you are a restaurateur, please sign on where indicated below. We will fill your restaurant that night for a good cause!

Proceeds benefit ARCS, the largest organization solely dedicated to providing HIV/AIDS services, prevention education, and outreach to individuals and families in New York's Lower and Mid-Hudson Valley region.
