The Mosaic Project is a multi-service center which operates out of a storefront at 137 South 4th Ave in Mt. Vernon, New York. We serve mainly active drug users, their partners and families, but anyone is welcome to drop by for a warm welcome, a hot cup of coffee, and a completely non-judgmental approach to getting you the help you need.

Mosaic Services

Mosaic provides HIV, Hepatitis C and STD risk reduction education. We also help you build your skills and self-confidence to be able to negotiate safer sex and feel stronger about helping yourself. We distribute information on HIV and can connect you with other community resources you need.

We also offer HIV testing and counseling, referrals for STD and Hepatitis C screenings, chemical dependency counseling, an emergency food pantry, and housing and job information. If you're seeking housing or a job, you'll be able to access a computer at the Mosaic Center free of charge.
