Transportation Services: The limited amount of public transportation in our vast seven-county region creates a huge obstacle for clients. In order to stay healthy, individuals must have access to medical treatment, support groups and other vital services. ARCS provides more than 11,000 bus and taxi rides per year for clients affected by HIV/AIDS. These services are available to ARCS' clients as well as to HIV-positive clients of other organizations.
