Community Follow-Up Case Manager Technician (Hawthorne, Newburgh) High School diploma with practical work experience in human services or case management and a working knowledge in two of the following areas: substance abuse, mental health or HIV/AIDS issues. Must have access to a car for travel and a valid driver's license.

Administrative Assistant (Hawthorne) High School diploma with at least 2 years experience providing administrative support; excellent verbal/writing skills; good typing/data entry with proficiency in MS Publisher and Power Point, Office 97, Windows 98.
Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Putnam)High School diploma with some college credits and one year of experience providing administrative support services to management personnel; well organized; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage time and multiple task efficiently;; proficiencty in Microsoft Word required; sensitivity to HIV/AIDS issues and ability to work independently or a High School diploma with three years of the above experience. Access to a car for travel is required.
Case Manager ( Hawthorne, Monticello) Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related degree with some experience/knowledge in at least two of the following areas: case management, HIV/AIDS, chemical dependency, mental health, and/or domestic violence or an Associates degree with two years of experience in two of the above areas or a High School diploma with three years of experience in two of the above areas. Must have access to a car for travel.
Part-Time Outreach Worker (Mt. Vernon)High School Diploma or GED; knowledge of the Mt. Vernon community; strong verbal skills; ability to read, write and work with people from diverse backgrounds; familiarity with HIV, mental illness and homelessness and experience working with drug users. Bi-lingual preferred.
Health & Wellness Educator (Hawthorne)Bachelor's degree in counseling, health/human services, education or equivalent degree or CSAC certification and one year of experience in the field of chemical dependency; or high school diploma and a minimum of two years working with chemical users, disadvantaged populations, the homeless; HIV/AIDS knowledgeable. Must have access to a car.

Administrative Assistant (Poughkeepsie) High school diploma with one year of college; one year of experience providing administrative support services to management personnel; well organized outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently; proficiency in Microsoft Word required; familiarity with non-profit and/or human service agency operation, sensitivity to HIV/AIDS issues and ability to work independently or a High School diploma with three years of the above experience. Access to a car and valid driver's license also necessary.
